About Me
Hi, I'm Larissa Kelsey, founder of New Mom New Me. I am a wife, mother to two children, a lover of animals, and a person who finds happiness in helping others. My postpartum journey wasn't an easy one with either of my children, so becoming a certified postpartum doula was a calling I made time for once my children got older. I care deeply about new moms and their well-being. I believe that taking care of mothers after they give birth is just as important as taking care of the newborn. I want to provide all the support that mother's require in their journeys of motherhood. I understand the unique challenges that come with a new baby and my passion is to bring comfort, along with mental and physical support at an exciting and challenging time.

Newborn Care
I am trained to provide expert newborn care, including feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques. While parents can often use a much needed rest, I would love to help guide parents in this area so they become the experts.

Recovery after childbirth can be a challenging time for new moms. I am here to provide the necessary guidance to ensure a smooth recovery. From physical assistance to emotional support, I am here to help.
Sleep and Nutrition Support
Getting enough rest and proper nutrition is essential for new moms. To help new parents focus on bonding with their new baby, I can help in other areas so sleep and loving your little one are the main focus postpartum.
