Welcome Home - $300

Having an organized, soothing environment to come home to after the birth of your baby shouldn't feel like a luxury. I can help make sure everything is ready for you and your new family when you walk through the door. Having a clean bed, a warm homemade meal to eat, and all your postpartum needs bedside and in the bathroom.

Daytime Postpartum Packages

All postpartum packages include the following:

guidance with newborn care
soothing techniques and baby wearing/swaddling support
breast/bottle feeding support
guidance with pumping (cleaning and sanitizing parts, milk storage, etc.)
emotional support
help with postpartum care for the mother
light housework (laundry, dishes, light vacuuming)
nutritional meals and snacks
sleep support for the whole family
sibling care
errands and food shopping

Standard

Includes 3 weekday shifts, 4 hours per visit, for 4 weeks. A schedule of these hours will be created before the birth of your baby. If additional hours are needed, extra hours can be added. Please see the A La Carte option for pricing.

Extended

Includes 3 weekday shifts, 4 hours per visit, for 8 weeks. A schedule of these hours will be created before the birth of your baby. If additional hours are needed, extra hours can be added. Please see the A La Carte option for pricing.

SOS/A La Carte

SOS clients are those that did not create a postpartum plan with a doula and need help immediately. There is a minimum 4 hour requirement. Hourly rate is $65/hour.

Clients that have previously purchased a standard or extended package can add additional hours at the rate of $55/hour.

Please note that on both the standard and extended packages, a 25% deposit is required at the time of signing a contract. After which, a schedule of weekly payments will be required. SOS clients are asked to pay in full at the end of the day.

Overnight Postpartum Care

Having a postpartum doula assist your family get some much needed rest can make your postpartum experience a more pleasurable one! General information on overnight visits can be read below:

Overnight visits have a minimum of 8 hours per visit, with a maximum of 12 hours.
Overnight visits can be once a week, or a maximum of three visits per week.
During this quite time, my responsibilities include cleaning bottles/pump parts, folding baby laundry, taking care of nighttime feedings, burping, soothing baby back to sleep, diaper changes, swaddling, and preparing formula bottles for the next day.
Together we will develop an overnight feeding and sleeping schedule that works for you and your family.

Hourly rate of $65/hour
